This is to express my personal (and so as my relatives & friends) satisfaction and appreciation for Jacks' team in handling all our transaction. To-date we already got, 2 units A007, 2 units 8900, 1 unit 9630 and soon, 1 unit A9530 Blackberry Storm.

Just consider the following experiences for one very happy customer:

1. minor technical concern on the charger, they immediately change the whole unit (of course, no scratches and complete accessories for the unit to be replaced). no hassle.
2. delivery is always on-time (most of the time earlier than scheduled)
3. software glitch, they readily changed the unit and was apologetic for the inconvenience.
4. quick response to sms queries and clarification.

Well, this is one entrepreneur who really knows how to make their customers happy and satisfied.

Btw, the phones are great and we are all having fun with it.

VERY GOOD SELLER! Feedbacks are true indeed.. i bought 5 units of M002L yesterday but unfortunately 1 of the units has only 1 battery.. I called Jack asap and he then ask his messenger to deliver me the other battery the following day.. and true enough i recieved the said battery today.. Fast transaction.. trustworthy indeed and easy to deal with.. I would surely recommend him to my boss who was also amazed by the phones that we bought from Jackstoyz..

Thanks jack for the sciphone 19++ i ordered yesterday. i received it this afternoon and salamat din for the tutorials hehehehe. pasensya na sa pangungulit. my boss saw my 19++ and he thought it was an orig one. he even asked me how much i bought it at sabi ko 40k. nakita pa nya yung likod na 32GB nakalagay. naniwala naman sya hehehehe. my officemates are planning to get one para sa kanila and i gave them your website para makapamili. thanks again jack!!!!!!

Very good communication, items send the same day after payment, A Note: we send 150 Pesos to much, Jack send this money back with the phones.
Sure we going to make more transactions in the future.

Sorry for my super late feedback, I bought a Blackberry A9530. It looks almost the same with the original blackberry. Jacktoys is really easy to deal with, he answers all of my questions and inquiries.

Super okay si Sir Jack, 2nd unit ko na 'to from him and I was not at all disappointed. Nung umaga ako nag-text, tapos by lunch time hawak-hawak ko na yung E71 ko, ang galing talaga! And the unit is great, may tv na, may e-book reader pa saka pwede syang gawin na webcam! (though I haven't quite configured the webcam part, Sir, help, haha.) :D
